The pride and symbol of Biella’s confectionery tradition, the Wool & Chocolate Canestrellino is presented for the first time in an elegant mignon format. This biscuit is composed of two crispy wafers filled with delicious dark chocolate, PGI Piedmont hazelnuts and Apulian almonds.
Dark chocolate 73% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), milk chocolate 27% (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), hazelnuts, almonds, sugar, wheat flour type 0, milk, butter (milk), bitter cocoa. Raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, cocoa mass. Produced in a laboratory using cereals containing gluten, eggs, other nuts, sesame. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat and light. Contains neither preservatives nor colouring agents.
